A  non refundable deposit of 25 % is required to secure a booking, excluding bank transfer fees.
Bank fees involved in the transactions are payable by guests.

Balance payable 10 weeks before the start date of rental.

Occupancy is from 15.00 hours on arrival date until 10.00 hours on departure day.

Beach towels provided.

Cleaning fee of € 70 per stay

VAT Tax  (City occupancy tax ) € 2 per person /P day maximum 7 days

Cancellation fees policy do apply;

• 45 days or less before the start of stay no reimbursement of funds paid.
• 60 days before the start of stay 50% of funds paid are  reimbursed .
• A 35% cancellation fee applies booking cancellations.
