Apartment Destino was much more than we expected. It is spacious, comfortable, very clean, and well appointed–really nice kitchen and bathroom. It is close to everything in Carvoeiro. We enjoyed morning coffee on the large terrazza overlooking the village. Gilbert and Celia were very responsive to all our questions and requests. There was even a beach chair, umbrella, and picnic cooler provided for our many visits to the beach. We would highly recommend it for a couple’s visit. Apartment Destino will be our first choice for our planned returned visit to the Algarve.

Lovely apartment. The first thing that strikes you when walking into the apartment, is how clean it is. Very spacious for a one bed apartment and also the added benefit of the balcony. Gilbert was always quick to respond to emails and queries. Close to all amenities, will definitely be back.

The Destino apartment is in an ideal location near all amenities. The apartment was lovely and met all our expectations. We will definitely return as we had such a wonderful time.

Nice appartment with everything you need! +air condition 🙂 +sunshade and tent 🙂 +very clean + price!! + good location: Within 2 minutes you reach restaurants, bars and the beach. (Try the fantadtic drinks at the “Charlys bar” and pepperoni pizza at “Jan”!) We cannot find a negative point…. We will surly come back.

Gilbert’s apartment Destino was perfect for us! It’s like home from home, because he has thought of everything for the visitor! Comfortable beds and couch. The decoration was just perfect. Cooking is easy because the kitchen is very well equipped, we managed to cook up an entire Indian meal for 4! Great sunny balcony with views over the town. The apartment is in an excellent location – near everything, yet quiet and private.

A beautiful apartment that has everything you need for relaxation and comfort. Well maintained.

We stayed at Gilbert’s Apartment Destino instead of the Studio Apartment. We were really impressed with their care and attention to our needs and their desire that we had a good experience. As for the apartment, it has everything you need for a relaxing stress-free holiday. Everything is near at hand. Beach, restaurants, shops etc. The apartment is immaculate and has a homely feeling about it. We have stayed in Carvoeiro many times in different parts but Apartment Destino ticked all the right boxes for us. We highly recommend this Apartment. We WILL certainly be back to it again.

Gil and Celia were amazing. Celia came over on the first morning and offered to go out of her way to help us with a luggage situation. She was so helpful, and so was Gil when we had a power issue. The roof terrace is a big plus, as is the cool bag, beach towels and parasol which are available to use. This place is perfect. The town is absolutely stunning as well with plenty to do and some decent snorkeling as well. Gil and Celia, thank you for an amazing week in your beautiful flat! Book it right now.

Gil was excellent with communication and everything was as described, although the flat is actually much bigger in person than in photos! It was very clean, with everything needed provided — including beach towels and umbrella! The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was well laid out. The rooftop patio is not to be missed! The location is fantastic — very quiet, secure complex with extremely friendly neighbours. A very short distance to everything you need – shops, restaurants, bars, and the beach. The garage is very handy too — I rented a bike and was easy to store.You should definitely stay here if you are visiting Carvoeiro!! Great value for money and a very pleasant stay.

The apartment is very spacious and is perfectly situated, two minutes far from the center and yet in a very quiet street. The car park and the rooftop terrace are really convenient as well as all the necessary stuff for the beach. We’ve had a really pleasant stay in Carvoeiro. Thank you Gil !

The flat is well-located and a very fair price. We really enjoyed the rooftop terrace (perfect for breakfast), and the easy walk to two beautiful beaches, the cliffwalk at Algar Seco, and the shops in town.

“Great Value Stay in lovely place – fantastic location”

My husband and I stayed in Studio Calisto for a week and found it a great place to stay. The property is a fresh apartment, nicely and freshly decorated, with a good size double room with double bed, sofabed, TV and lots of storage. There is a separate good sized apartment kitchen with a table, a good sized hall area and a good sized bathroom.The property is a lot more “apartment-like” than the term “studio” would suggest.

The location is superb – just a really short stroll to the beach and the village centre.
